"Mike was a pleasure to work with! We will refer everyone we know is looking for a home in CT to him! As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions, and Mike really helped ease our stress. He is extremely knowledgeable on real estate/construction, and was able to speak to things in the home that we didn't even know to look for. It took a while for us to find the perfect home, but Mike was always responsive, patient and we always felt like he had out best interest at heart. "Even in the wildest of markets Mike was a true professional. Mike not only sold our home but he also got us into our dream home! He got us into the house to view and within days we had an offer accepted. He knew exactly what we needed to do to get the deal done! He was patient and professional at all times. "Mike is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. That’s saying a lot since I’m involved in the real estate business myself and have worked with countless many brokers. Setting aside his in-depth knowledge of not only the markets he works in, but of construction/contracting and craftsmanship, Mike is courteous, well spoken and, frankly, a cool dude. Mike was the guy who could diffuse and improve on any situation we were posed with from start to close (and a great negotiator as well!). I’d have bet he’s been doing this his entire life. "I asked one question. I didn’t get an answer to my question and instead got a barrage of spam. I wanted to know if one house was available, apparently these people can’t answer a single question and instead of focused on getting your business. Why would I hire you to represent me if you won’t answer my single question about the one property I was interested in. Leave me the heck alone. Never contact me again. I would never hire these people."
